How to schedule a tech for an onsite visit / appointment

Put a check mark at item #1 (the square box in On-Site Support & Training (2 Hours)

Click on the pull down menu (identified as item #2)

IF you are a current member select (from item #3) the $179.99 – 2 Hrs – Member Price (30% off)

Otherwise select the $249.99 – 2 hrs – Regular

Click on Continue at item #4 to proceed

Select your preferred date for your service call.  Then you can scroll down to select an available time slot on that day.

Scroll down to the time fame and select the time you want.  The page will automatically change and you will be prompted to enter some information regarding who you are, your address and a payment option.

Enter your phone number, a valid email address, your first and last name and under Appointment Notes enter a brief description of the work you need done along with any special notes (IE:   Ring number for apartment, etc) then scroll down the page

Proceed with filling in your address, apartment (or unit number), City, Province and your postal code.   Then scroll down for the payment options.

Enter your credit card / Debit Visa information (note this is all protected and encrypted by Square Inc and is NOT stored on our systems for your security)

To proceed you need to click on the check box to agree that you have read the cancellation policy then click on Book Appointment to book your requested time slot.
